INTRODUCTION TO MILOGRAMA

At Milograma, we facilitate team building activities based on core values, shared goals and creativity to build meaningful group connections.

WHY?

To connect people and teams going through demotivation, miscommunication and disconnection. We understand the negative impact it can create, we have been there. That's why we offer team building services.

OUR GOAL:

To retrieve and increase motivation through fun interactive activities where everyone participates regardless the hierarchical role.

About Milograma's founder

Luisa Ayala, B.Arch

I was trained as an Architect in my native country Venezuela. Later on, I moved to Canada where I began to blend into enriching cultures from diverse latitudes.

For over 20 years, I've worked in several Canadian architectural companies in collaboration with various teams to design building projects for construction. Throughout these years, I've come to believe that there's a strong connection between the endurance of a building -relying on solid foundations- and the strength of a team, which depends on foundations of trust, shared goals, collaboration and communication -among other core values.

I’m passionate about building environments where people feel valued, heard, and motivated,  —  where enjoyment and connection supports purposeful teamwork.

My volunteer work has included structuring and developing collaborative teamwork for residents of Street Haven's Emergency Shelter in Toronto to strengthen team-based support initiatives for socially disadvantaged communities.

"In 2018, I launched Milograma..."

A space where dreams are honored and transformed into goals with purposeful actions.

It started as a response to my father’s final wish, which became my mission: to transform a dream into a meaningful experience that could benefit an entire community.

My journey began with his hand-drawn map, leading me from Canada to Greece — an experience that echoed Plato’s Allegory of the Cave, shifting from shadowed thinking to collaborative light.

That journey became the heart of a project I named 'PATHS' — a tribute to accomplishment of dreams and goals, communication through love, and the legacy of a final wish. It was initially presented as a collaborative group experience at From The Sea Festival of Milos in Greece.

Today, Milograma keeps connecting people, teams and groups through key core values: communication, creativity and trust.

'PATH' - PERFORMANCE BEHING THE SHADOWS

Curiosity over Indifference: Just as the freed prisoner in the allegory discovers a broader reality, teams thrive when they challenge old habits, seek deeper understanding, and remain open to new perspectives

Expression through the writing of ideas, past and present ideas that directly connects to a brighter

 'PATH' - CONNECTING THROUGH WRITTING

Writing becomes a powerful tool for expressing experiences and ideas as well as an invitation to set goals, and acknowledge obstacles along the way — a process that fosters awareness and directly connects us to a brighter, more intentional present.
